yall told me if there was insufficient funds, id have gotten charged a smaller fee for that. but you and my bank both confirmed the money was there when payments were made. my bank would not file a return against it. and there are no returns or money transferred on my account.

customer service is rude af and fixed nothing while blaming my bank who has no reason to lie. if they took it, theyd have told me they ddo and why. they didnt. and now I have no wifi and dealt with a very rude rep when you happened to call asking for equipment. I said what a coincidence yall owe me money since I talked to my bank and they never filed any return. I want this shit fixed and fixed right.

let's talk about all the returns you charged my account for when my bank never requested a return against my payments. and the fact your customer service rep was rude af and blamed my bank, saying the return charges would have disappeared from my bank account. they wouldnt. banks dont work like that and keep record of everything. ive paid hundreds extra. im telling everyone who has spectrum to watch out cuz you guys are scamming.
