Don’t like how everything has to be section 8. Ruining neighborhoods. Ask questions what happens if the property isn’t upkept to HUDs standards. Do you still get paid that month? Section 8 sounds good but you’ll run into issues that are assisting in ruining the housing market. Overpriced homes for sell that needs work but the owner/ investor doesn’t have the funds to fix it back. It’s way more cons than pros attacking section 8. This is terrible in my opinion. Just askt the right questions, not questions that are gonna give you the answers of the good side which aren’t many. In my humble opinion
