Hello, regarding Order #86113363: It has been 2 days and the chemical smell still hasn't gone away. Furthermore, the upper frame of the front cover is curved, and the back part is detached from the phone by a few millimeters, preventing the ports from aligning properly and allowing dust to enter and scratch the device. In addition, despite following the tutorial very carefully and having applied hundreds of screen protectors in my life, there is an air bubble along the perimeter that won't go away even after pressing firmly as instructed, and the ring holder I ordered is missing. Overall, I am extremely disappointed: I invested €120, which is not a small amount of money for me, and my previous €40 case was honestly much better overall , im disappointed because i wanted to love it .
