Triple cheese Texas Twinkie’s might be what summer dreams are made of Ingredients Texas Twinkies • 20 fresh jalapeños • 8 oz cream cheese, softened (226g) • 4 oz Garlic & Herb Boursin cheese (113g) • 1 cup freshly shredded sharp cheddar cheese (110g) • ¼ cup chopped pickled jalapeños (40g) • 1/3 cup BBQ sauce (80g) • ½ tbsp garlic powder • ½ tbsp onion powder • 1 tsp smoked paprika • 1 tsp kosher salt • ½ tsp black pepper • 20 slices bacon (thin or regular cut works best) • Toothpicks Honey BBQ Glaze • ⅓ cup Honey BBQ sauce (80g) • 2 tbsp honey mustard (30g) Bake @ 350F for 40 minutes on a wire rack set over a baking sheet.
