@princecharlescinema: Applications for @The Oscars inaugural Marquee Theater List, celebrating 50 of the most remarkable cinemas around the world, officially closed last night. Here's a "Day in the Life" at The Prince Charles Cinema that we included for consideration by The Academy. The list will recognise cinemas that "provide exceptional audience experiences, preserve cinematic history and act as cultural anchors for their communities"- with 25 cinemas from the US and 25 from around the world selected by Academy members and announced in spring 2027. We continue to thank you for all your support over the last 60 years of cinema on Leicester Place. Here's to many more years doing what we do best!
