If it does an IPT and fails on all 6 then it likely needs an ECM. Just keep that in mind.

Cummins does sell a cup kit but in reality its a bandage and I'd seen it fail when I worked at a dealership

I had the same exact problem change the exact same parts. It ended up being the ECM harness grab the bottom connector unbolt it where it bolts to the plate and bend it and see if your engine cuts in and out.

I had one. never new the cup was bad till I went too put injector back in after blowing the hole out why the hell is fill of coolant haha

So you chased 559 fault changed injectors and fuel pump head before checking fuel filters or having a peak onto the fuel tank?

I have run into that before now it’s common practice whenever we do a six pack of injectors we do all the injector cups at the same time
