@sivan.tm: Cravings aren't a willpower problem. They're a meal structure problem... @sivantm If you're raiding the cupboard at 9pm, it's almost never because you're disciplined. It's because what you ate at 6 didn't have what it needed to hold you. Here's how to build a plate that actually keeps you full 👇 1️⃣ 2 protein sources. Steak and beans. Chicken and lentils. Eggs and Greek yogurt. 2 sources gets you to 40g without needing one enormous portion, and it makes the meal far more satisfying than a single slab of anything. 2️⃣ At least 1 cup of fiber. Beans, lentils, broccoli. This is the piece almost everyone skips. Fiber slows everything down, blunts the blood sugar spike and kills the crash that sends you looking for something sweet 2 hours later. 3️⃣ A moderate starch. Rice, potatoes, oats. Not none, not a mountain. Carbs are what fuel your training and your mood. Cut them to zero and you'll be back in the cupboard by Thursday. 4️⃣ Fat from real food. Skip the "low fat" processed version. They strip the fat, add filler, and hand you something that leaves you unsatisfied and eating again an hour later. Whole food fat, sensible portion. Build it this way every single time and the pattern changes on its own. Fewer snacks. Real meals. Cravings that quietly stop showing up. Give it longer than a week. The research on habit formation puts it closer to 2 months than the 21 days everyone quotes. That's not bad news, it just means you stop judging this after 4 days. Consistency is what matters! #mealprep #highprotein #cravings #fatlosstips #nutritioncoach

There’s an emotional component as well. People eat to get temporary relief from emotional pain. Gotta get rid of pent up emotions
