There’s a hard truth in this that I think more people need to hear. Being busy is not the same as getting better. You can post every day, send hundreds of DMs, buy every course, and still be repeating the same mistake at scale. The question isn’t “How hard am I working?” It’s “What is my work teaching me?” If the answer hasn’t changed after months of effort, the problem probably isn’t effort. You need better feedback, a better offer, or a different approach.

Break Your Frames :
People confuse posting and cold outreach through DMs as activity that should bring them millions. I’ve made the same mistake. But coming from a sales background that I had to physically call people or knock on their doors to sell them, I find it very challenging online because it’s not the same. When I make a call and get someone, I can talk to them. If I knocked on 50 doors and talk to 20 or 30 people, I can get their attention and either do a demo, set an appointment or pitch and sell the same time. Online is a completely different animal. It’s frustrating when you post everyday for years, and do cold outreach and still struggling. I know because I’m there now trying to break into the online game. I’m more of an offline person because all my sales training and business has been offline. So online is a true struggle for me but I want to learn and crack the code.
