Cuando una amiga me pide una recomendación de skincare, ya saben cuál es mi respuesta 🤭 La Hidratante Toque Seco de Garnier se ganó un lugar en mi rutina por su textura liviana y porque no deja sensación grasosa. #HidratanteToqueSecoFM #Garnier #SkinCare #PausaHidratanteGarnier @For_Me

The Medes — One of the first major Iranian powers in history, they established a powerful state in western Iran and played an important role in the collapse of the Assyrian Empire. Ecbatana was one of their major political centers, and their political legacy helped pave the way for the rise of the Achaemenids. The Achaemenids — One of the most brilliant and powerful empires in ancient history; the largest empire of the ancient world according to many historical estimates and the first truly transcontinental and multinational empire on such a vast scale. It stretched from Iran and Central Asia to Egypt, Anatolia, and parts of Europe and the Indus Valley. Cyrus the Great, Darius, and Xerxes created sophisticated systems of administration, royal roads, satrapies, and magnificent centers such as Persepolis, leaving an enormous legacy. The Parthians — A powerful Iranian empire that lasted for more than four centuries and successfully resisted one of the greatest powers of the ancient world, Rome. Their armored cavalry and mounted archers became famous, and their victory at Carrhae demonstrated their exceptional military power. The Sasanians — The last great pre-Islamic Iranian empire and one of the two superpowers of the Late Antique world. Through a powerful army, organized administration, magnificent architecture, advanced art, and a rich intellectual and cultural tradition, they brought the heritage of ancient Iran to another extraordinary height. The Scythians — A vast collection of Iranian-origin peoples of the Eurasian steppes who controlled enormous territories. They were renowned for their cavalry, archery, and distinctive animal-style art, while their magnificent gold artifacts remain among the most impressive treasures of the ancient steppe. The Sarmatians — A collection of powerful Iranian-speaking peoples such as the Alans, Iazyges, and Roxolani who held influence from the regions around the Black Sea to the Caspian. They were famous for mounted warfare, heavy cavalry, armor, and their important role in the military history of the Eurasian steppes. The Kushans — An empire of Iranian-origin rulers that became one of the greatest powers of Central Asia and northern India, reaching its height under Kanishka. They played a major role in Silk Road trade, urban development, the spread of Buddhism, and the flourishing of Gandharan art, connecting Iranian, Indian, Greek, and Buddhist civilizations. The Indo-Scythians — Branches of the Scythian, Iranian-origin peoples who established powerful kingdoms in northwestern South Asia. They blended Iranian and steppe traditions with Indian culture and left behind numerous coins and important artistic remains. The Indo-Parthians — States connected with the Parthian world in Afghanistan and northwestern India, particularly under Gondophares. They represented the expansion of the Iranian-Parthian cultural sphere into South Asia and stood at the crossroads of Iranian, Indian, and Hellenistic traditions. The Hephthalites — A major power of Central Asia and Khorasan in the fifth and sixth centuries CE. Their exact ethnic origin remains debated, but they are considered by some scholars to have had an Iranian origin or strong Iranian cultural connections. They controlled large parts of the eastern Iranian world and at times put the Sasanians under severe pressure, becoming one of the most important powers of eastern Iran in Late Antiquity. #creatorsearchinsights #fyphistory #iran #afghanistan #tajikistan
