yeh cheez sbse pehle unko smjhni chahiye jisne itna bara school banaya or phir 1 class mai 25 stdnts rakhte han or hr stdnts se 20/30000 intotal lerahe hain pr mnth or teachers ko 15,or 20,25000 per month milti hai jisme wo apse late sitting krwate hain jab tk chahe or 1 mint late ane پر deduct bhi krte hain to kiya aese kisi ko apna fav kam krna bhi bura lagne lagega

your work is very good and yes it's a respectful profession but it's so unfair not to give teacher what they deserve!! they also much more to do in their life ! as well they can't live their live in 10k salary everybody knows the unfair salary of private school what they give to teaches!
