All my coworkers 55+ and I leave a 4:30 on the dot they all will stay an hour or more. Then my supervisor left when he was supposed to one day and he said it’s life changing so he’s now going to play golf every afternoon and everyone else followed along, they finally realized you don’t have to stay after hours 20 yrs later

i leave Work even earlier because they way to get to the Dressing room and changing clothes Back to normal is also Work time and is paid so If my Shift end at 6:45 im gone at 6:30
