i met a guy from macau one time and its interesting that he told me that when portugal left everyone got the portuguesse passport as a surprise,and that all macanesse people have some sort of portuguesse ancestor in his case it was a grandpa but they all do because of the small size of the teritory except the new imigrants from the mainland that now from a solid chuck of the population
