AUS…is hands down better than the US survivor. US is all let’s hold hands…cry on each other shoulders singing koom by ya…AUS survivor is what the US used to be. I hate they don’t the AUS on US TV.

when I talk about Survivor with someone in real life I always recommend to them Australian Survivor and say it's way better than modern US Survivor

One of the reasons for the doing it during the day is because as the challenge goes on, the tide continues to rise. Just a couple of years ago, weather was windy making the water choppy and two players made it long enough to outlast the tide. Once the tide started going back out, Jeff called it and awarded both players immunity declaring that they both 'Outlasted' the elements.

The US remembers it’s just a game and doesn’t torture the contestants…. Ya ever seen what happened to the Japanese gameshow contestants? CBS does extensive psychological studying before and after. It’s hard yes, but they don’t want you having PTSD from anything that happened on the show.
