Cardi is a mixed race woman. Her father is a white Dominican. Her mother is a distant black Trini and white Dominican mix. Absolutely no one should be surprised at her ability to grow long and full hair. While there are obviously exceptions, MOST people of her ethnic background do. And she keeps her real hair safe under wigs 90% of the time. She had damaged hair for years but the genetics are there. I don’t get the surprise.
