I feel like the proffer getting in this thing sealed his fate before it started. Under what he thought was immunity, he confessed to the crime. Though they didn't establish direct corroboration, they had a mountain of circumstantial evidence, with that confession and many others.

I’m from the uk and I’ve been watching the trail on you tube. I have to have the subtitles on when they play the recordings of keefe d speaking as I can’t understand what he says to me he just mumbles.
