for me it’s also super annoying that she is aha because all aeons are genderless😭 i can understand that aha may just take the form of a woman, like nanook takes the form of a man, but nanook also still looks non human, even if being like humanoid, same with yaoshi. they both look humanoid but it’s obvious they aren’t humans. this sparxie 2.0 aha design just seems incredibly lazy 😭😭 not to mention i know there will be a bunch of homophobes who are going to start liking ahavili only because it’s “straight” WHEN IT ISNT STRAIGHT😭😭 there would be no problem if ahavili was straight, but the point is that ahavili are both genderless so giving aha a FULLY human form (male or female) just feels oddddddd…. i have also not done the entire planarcadia story yet so i dont know if there’s some bullshit excuse from hoyo

I didn't want to have a playable aeon either, holy. I hated the idea of Nihilux being an aeon ever since the leaks first came out, weren't aeons supposed to be beings above humanity? Now we'll be able to have them on the same team just for the aeon to get powercrept in seven patches. I swear all I see on my fyp is Nihilux glaze, it's hard to watch

I also would’ve preferred if Aha remained anonymous or somehow kept the THEY/THEM vibes since they were a deity and hard to imagine with a gender. But Hoyo does best with slop, so that’s what we’re getting today 😔
