Every course was inspired by the characters, iconic moments & memorable dishes from famous productions. 🍇 Macbeth - Ivan's Figs with black pepper honey smothered ham and a fig-washed cocktail inspired by the infamous banquet scene. 🌽 Shucked - Cast iron cornbread with whipped sorghum butter, bacon jam, and charred corn salsa. 🦪 Cabaret - Pacific oysters with caviar, cucumber gelée, and Champagne. 🧀 Beauty & the Beast - Cheese soufflé with smoked salmon & lemon vinaigrette. 🦆 The Art of Dining - Duck confit & foie gras terrine paired with French Beaujolais. 🍫 Charlie & the Chocolate Factory - A glass elevator chocolate tart & Golden Ticket petit four for the perfect ending to the evening.
