The fact that people are going that far to “assume” something when there is absolutely nothing showing that she was making any kind of disrespectful gesture, nor is there anything in the context that would suggest that... In other cases, there was at least something reminiscent of Desi culture, whether it was the music, the background, or something else. But here, there is absolutely nothing, so there’s absolutely no reason to assume she was doing anything related to it. This is literally just a girl bopping her head and laughing at her own reflection because of the distorted effect of the glasses. And like OP said, she literally stopped moving her head when she moved her hand.
