We seriously need to develop what is called maintenance culture, Nigeria is one of the countries that doesn't know how to maintain infrastructures, especially government owned structures, they are always so stingy to equip or employ companies to maintain roads, flyovers, traffic lights, street lights, even make sure things are not carelessly misused by civilians but no there eyes are always glued more on building new structures because they needs new funds to embezzle.
