I got married at 22 to a 21 year old high school gf I had. My dad had connections so I was able to skip the grind a lot of dudes did in their 20s. I got a cushy desk job at some firm when I was 21. I worked for 7 years until the crash. I married at 22 and had a son at 23, and at 28 I lost my job when the 2008 crash hit, and she divorced me but because the divorce drained my savings and finances plus I lost my job. She couldn’t really take much from me. When she remarried a few years later she didn’t really bothered to put me on child support anymore, plus I didn’t get another job and just lived with my parents who even became wealthy in the time I was married. After my son turned 18 he came back into my life and I got another job which I was able to work remotely. My ex dated 3 more guys after me and is now struggling as a single mom raising 5 other kids from dudes who ghosted her.
