A company does not see criminal history when legally running a background check if it’s past 7/10 years. If they were on the registry that would pull up regardless. When you google someone’s name and see their history, you can’t legally use that for a preemployment background check

My friend went to this church in Laguna Hills. That was a Christian church and the teenage group leader was convicted of molesting young men same age group as my friend‘s child and she had no idea the church kept it hush-hush until I told her, and then she confronted the church about it, and they confirmed it cause she didn’t believe me at first it’s absolutely disgusting to protect these predators

This is horrible. With such a lackadaisical attitude toward the safety of the minors, this makes me wonder what else goes on in this church.
