It does not matter how hard it looks, that Yes will come. I often tell people that many job adverts do not actually have a vacancy. Many of them are advertised as per procedure. Be kind for yourself. God will come through as he always does.

I’m hearing stories of people with over 10 years of experience that are experts in their field, you’d think they’d get a job in a twinkle of an eye but it’s not happening that way. The market makes no sense right now. It’s an employers market. What this means is employers have a buffet in front of them. That you don’t get a job doesn’t mean you were NOT qualified for it. It’s a game of chance to an extent.

And I also share tips on how to get a job in this market right, how to optimise your CV, how to interview etc etc, but it’s so important to emphasise that nothing is guaranteed. You should be doing all these because those you’re competing with are doing them, but again not getting the job is not a reflection on you. Don’t let this job market make you think terrible thoughts of yourself! You’re a star please ❤️
