Too many people blaming their practitioner because “their supplements didn’t work”, meanwhile they’re scrolling on their phone every meal, replacing breakfast with coffee, eating dinner an hour before bed, never going for walks after meals, never drinking WATER, never taking time to support their nervous system… I mean… 🤦🏻‍♂️ Our clients freaking crush it, but it’s not because I think we have some magical combination of supplements. (although our process is definitely MUCH more well-rounded than a lot of protocols people have tried in the past lol) They crush it because we HAMMER them about the importance of the little things. We make sure they know that THEY are the ones who have to show up for themselves at the end of the day. We can provide the best protocols and supplements in the world - but none of that matters if you don’t commit to changing the habits that got you here in the first place. I could give two people the exact same supplements, and one person gets WAY better results because they take ownership and really lock in on these other foundational habits. And sometimes that requires you shifting your identity, and becoming a different version of yourself than you are now. But that’s what REAL coaching is. Otherwise, you could just go on ChatGPT and get all the answers there lol 😂
