My first track meet my shoe fell off and I ran back to get it😭🙏. I was in 1st place before I lost my shoe. It was a 400m race and it was at the 200m point.

we run all year round. we have 2 bags, one is his spikes,shoes,roller, etc & the other bag has EVERY piece of track clothing-long sleeves,compression pants and shorts, warm up suits, shisties, runners gloves, and about 12 pairs of socks. We learned real quick and expensive emergency trip to Dicks to be prepared for any all weather

Recommendations for shoes are, Brooks or Hoka they cost somewhere around 110$ to 180$, but they’re pretty good running shoes.
