BUT… while I’ve got you here, hairdressers I need your help 😂 I’ve been using XP100 8/12 to tone my hair and love the cool/ashy tone, but I don’t want to go quite as dark this time. What would you recommend instead — a lighter shade, a different toner altogether, or a different product?
