Tore my ACL when I was 16 playing soccer. didnt have health insurance, so I just dealt with it. It 'healed' itself and I just dealt with the pain and the tearing that happened almost every time I knelt. I started Beer League hockey and Strained my MCL on my other knee and figured I might as well check both knees. My ACL was disintegrating and my meniscus needed trimming. I'm 4 months post surgery and other than my Quad needing more strengthening (they took the graft from there) im all good!
