Mongolian Ground Beef Noodles These Mongolian Ground Beef Noodles are an easy, flavorful dinner. This is a quick dinner the whole family will love! Thank you for the inspo @britscookin 🫶 Ingredients 1 lb ground beef 4 packages ramen noodles, seasoning packets discarded (about 10–12 oz) Salt and black pepper, to taste 8 oz mushrooms, sliced 1 head broccoli, cut into florets 1/3 cup water, for steaming broccoli Mongolian Sauce 1/2 cup soy sauce 1/2 cup chicken broth 1/3 cup brown sugar 2 tbsp hoisin sauce 1 tbsp minced garlic 1 tsp fresh ginger paste  1 tsp sesame oil 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes, optional Cornstarch Slurry 1 tbsp cornstarch 2 tbsp cold water Directions 1. Add the ground beef to a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Drain any excess grease if needed. 2. Add the mushrooms and broccoli into the skillet.  3. Add 1/3 of water to the skillet and cover to let the broccoli steam for a few minutes.  4. While the broccoli is steaming, cook the ramen noodles according to the package directions, leaving out the seasoning packets. Drain and set aside. 5. In a bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, chicken broth, brown sugar, hoisin sauce, garlic, ginger, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes. 6. Pour the Mongolian sauce over the beef, mushrooms, and broccoli. Stir until everything is well combined. 7. Whisk together the cornstarch and cold water. Pour the slurry into the skillet and let everything simmer for a few minutes until the sauce thickens. 8.
