i’m sure gas and electric lines were both cut, meaning in a time of great crisis people will use anything to help their communities. one of the most important things needed right now is clean drinking water which requires boiling water, gas is needed for fires to heat that up. the immediate assumption of looting is honestly disgusting. i can’t believe people still stoop that low
