I got one of these for my daughter when potty training. The little wings on the sides are perfect because she wanted to hold onto the edge of the toilet seat for stability because it’s so high up. But I always felt better with her holding the wings on her porta seat. I wiped it with disinfectant wipes and kept it in a large ziplock in her diaper bag. Or whatever bag I was using at the time. That was 13 yrs ago for me. But I hope it helps.
