If you are a new breastfeeding mom watching this pls know this is an insane amount of milk. I breastfed two kids successfully for years I NEVER would get anywhere close to pumping this much milk so no worries if you can only pump 3-4 ounces at a time it’s normal!

I pumped and froze a bunch of milk .. turns out I have high lipase and my baby would drink NONE of it. I ended up only exclusively breastfeeding since she only liked it fresh 😭

I'm about 3 months pp and I exclusively pump. I also only do 3 to 4 sessions(I completely empty my breasts) a day and my supply has been good and consistent (not low or not too much). some women's breast just have high capacity for milk. one side just hold a lot of milk for me. every women's body's are different with how they hold their milk and how often they need to empty.
