@ahmadulislam21: Yes. Islam does not prohibit all fun, relaxation, or enjoyment. The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ allowed wholesome recreation, provided it does not involve something Allah has forbidden or cause a person to neglect their obligations. Allah says: “Say: Who has forbidden the adornment of Allah which He has produced for His servants and the good things of provision?” — Qur’an 7:32 Examples of permissible enjoyment Spending enjoyable time with family and friends. Playing permissible sports and physical activities. Joking and laughing without lying, insulting, or humiliating others. Traveling and appreciating Allah’s creation. Enjoying good food and lawful pleasures without excess. Resting and taking time to relax. The key is balance. Fun becomes blameworthy when it causes someone to abandon salah, neglect responsibilities, harm others, or engage in haram.
