@cbsla: A man accused of wearing a Chucky-style mask while chasing and threatening people in Philadelphia has been arrested in Las Vegas. Investigators say the man had deep ties to the LA area and allegedly approached people saying, “Are you ready to die?” Zymire Hughes, a Las Vegas resident with family in Philadelphia, has been charged with aggravated assault and terroristic threats.
