Very wrong. The defense presented very clear evidence she may not have k*lled those children. The police did not investigate, did not test, allowed Patrick on the scene, the CVS swap, the 911 call proving she never told Patrick what he claims she did, and the biggest being she never confessed to doing it until after she was told she did it. She said she couldn’t remember what happened. 🙄

The commonwealth aided the defense in every single way lol. I honestly think Patrick needs to have his own trial for all the shut he’s pulled! She lost everything guilty or not, she lost her life.

They charged Lindsay right at the beginning when they put the handcuffs while she was in the hospital. They dismissed Patrick without a real investigation. Patrick did it and I’m hoping they will reopen the case and put Patrick as a main suspect

Wrong. Defense created reasonable doubt of Lindsay having committed the murders by stating it was very unlikely she told Patrick that she tried to kill herself or that the children were in the basement (the fist “confession”)- as evidenced by it not being heard on the 911 call. This was also supported by medical personnel on the scene. Also, by highlighting the fact that Lindsay Clancy did not remember anything when she came out of the coma and was then TOLD what had occurred. This plants reasonable doubt- in addition to the forensic evidence or lack there of on the exercise bands and knife. Not to mention the plethora of inconsistencies in Patrick Clancy’s testimony and the initial lack of thorough investigation by the MA police. Small probability, but still possible that she will be acquitted.

If I was a Juror I'd have reasonable doubts (multiple) that she even did it at all. I couldn't convict her as Guilty or even Not Guilty By Reason of Insanity, I would have to vote straight Not Guilty.

Prosecution brought useless witnesses,the 2 ladies became unsufferable because of their cruelty and lack of empathy from the get go,their witnesses were proven to have lied under oath and simply did not prove beyond a r/doubt that LC is criminally responsible.

Have you watched this trial? There is very much a dispute on if she actually did all these things herself. Her lawyers are trying to get her the best possible outcome but I think there is much more than reasonable doubt for the jury to come back no guilty and or a hung jury

Multiple things can be true, she was going through psychosis BUT it is physically impossible for her to harm those babies in the way it's been presented and the 'confession' was based on hearsay from someone who benefited from the tragedy

Attorney Reddington requested a Bowman charge to the jury- for lack of investigation or shoddy investigation, and he will argue she couldn’t of killed the kids- too many inconsistencies and Patrick was fabricating ( allegedly) certain things- like her having a conversation with the severity of her injuries. IMO he wanted to prove to Lindsay she did not cause those children’s deaths.
