Patients don’t know how healthcare works. Just be patient and communicate with them. Kindly remind them of what we do. I know it’s frustrating having to repeat ourselves, it’s just what we do.

I swear some people just want to argue and be difficult. I would’ve told him well if I don’t have your insurance card you either have to pay cash or I have to reschedule your appointment. 😂😂😂

Go through this all the time!! I work at a physical therapy office. Worst is when they have to do paperwork and they are like I’ve been there before it’s on file. I have to be like yes financials need to be signed every time for evaluation appointments and last time you were here was 2 years ago so it needs to be done again. Oh but it’s the same. I’m like well looks like you just had surgery so that’s a change from last time, right?? Then I get the side eye as they have a seat to fill out the paperwork smh.
