assalamualaikum i given resignation and as per my contract 30 days notice period finished. now in my qiwa there is no contact. my last contract moved to history of qiwa contract. now i am planning to take transfer to new employer. one thing i am not able to understand in my qiwa contract end date was 20 sep. 2026.then how it is moved to history. i given resignation 60 days before my contract expiry. but once 30 days crossed automatically i got message from qiwa i can take transfer ot go final exit. so please tell me if i will take transfer now Will my current employer will give my pending wages and end of service amount or not.

Assalamulaikum brother. What is the rule if someone is working in the same company since 12 years and if he wants to leave the company in the mid of his contract. Will he get the full end of service or he will get the deducted amount because to break his contract
