nano ult combos are generally kind of bad, in 5v5 what your midfight kit is is more important than what your ult can do with nano. There's not a lot of great reason to ult combo unless the other team is dumping more ults and the combo can directly win the fight. One pick usually wins the fight anyway

everyone saying blade here doesn’t understand the purpose of genji’s blade, when you dry blade people spread out, it makes it harder for you to possibly get a 4-5k without dying because in nearly every circumstance you overextend and the enemy team ends up surrounding you, instead take out 2-3 squishies ideally the supports and then get your team to pressure the enemy team, if you can bait an ultimate with it even better but just stop being greedy and it works
