No be everything una go call engr.sometimes its actually clients that causes this..i have seen a suitation when the engineer was insisting on using the required concrete mix, but the clients family members were busy bad mouthing telling the client that the engr is wasting materials..the engr was later removed from site..and the job was given to someone who the family said has been building people's house in the area..this video could be a client listening to quacks over his engineer
