@ucenth: Someone Had Remote Access to Her Brand-New Laptop She bought a brand-new laptop and asked the vendor to set it up before delivery. Everything seemed normal—until we discovered RustDesk installed on the computer. RustDesk itself isn't malware. It is legitimate remote-access software. But here's the problem: how had it been configured, and who had the ability to connect to that laptop remotely? This is the story of what we discovered. Part 1 of 4 — The Laptop Wasn't As Private As She Thought. #Cybersecurity #RustDesk #fyp #Ucenth #Tech
