Ingredients * 1 pack Buldak * 1 tbsp peanut butter * 1 tbsp chilli oil * 1 tsp garlic * 1 egg yolk * Black pepper * Optional: 1 tbsp Kewpie mayo * 200–300ml hot noodle water Method Mix the peanut butter, chilli oil, garlic, egg yolk, black pepper and Kewpie in a bowl. Add the Buldak sauce, then gradually whisk in a couple of ladles of hot noodle water until smooth and creamy. Add the cooked noodles and toss until coated.
