Sometimes I wonder where this is coming from. Removing subsidy was the right call for the economy at the time. Do you even know that the subsidy for serving few other African countries at the expense of our own??

Getting our pvc is not enough .. the most important part of the upcoming election is the way we Nigerians react to the result given to us

Is this rage baiting ? Where are the savings? How do you think Pensioners are paid there arrears, how are they funding the nationwide road infrastructure that will boost trade and economic activity, pay close to N6tn that represents the the amount owed the Electricity distribution company's since 2015, No more loans to pay civil servant salaries , increase foreign reserve to over $50bn? I could go on and on. I admit, the government is not perfect and waste and abuse still exist but all these reforms are in the right direction . The earlier we accept that the Govt cannot successfully continue to subsidise the lives of over 230m pple , the better. Affordability will improve eventually, the Govt is doing what needs to be done to achieve this

I’m not praising the current government but removing the fuel subsidy is one of the greatest move for the betterment of this country. Nigeria economy collapsed in 2022 and we are now experiencing one of the greatest economy reforms ever ! The result is out there

You think a country can function without borrowing loans? Advanced countries like the UK and the US borrowed money to subsidise their economy, Removing subsidies doesn't necessarily mean the countries won't borrow loans. Go and read about SAP.

I really don’t see why we need to explain to our fellow Nigerians that this government is not working… like fuel is 1300. I literally use all my money to buy fuel and recharge my band A meter. Every fu*king Naira.

I never expected Taxnubu to be this heartless, especially after “snatching and running with it' and broadening the tax net to lessen people's purchasing power.” One might have thought there would be some suprises or payback with people centered governance, but instead, these are the worst times in Nigeria's history, where respectable men struggle to survive and families suffer in silence. 🥲🥲 Thank you for showing that desperation doesn't lead to good governance. We won't need your services as Nigeria's CEO in 2027. Nigeria will prevail. Bye.
