please answer me ...im confused rn well! i m dating a korean guy and one day he just dissapeared ...i tried to reach him but at the end it seems that he hasn’t paid the wifi or the internet bill because he already has a lot of debts ...he was struggling ( he was not lying trust me) then he asked me wheter if i can help him and he will pay it back after 10 days ..but unforanetly i was broke too haha ...should i consider this as a red flag ?

ive learned to find out real quick if they are scammers ask for a video conversation if long distance, learn some basic sentences in korean see if they speak korean back on the phone.

I started talking to a Korean guy on a language exchange app, we moved over to Kakaotalk because he didn’t really use the messaging on the app. We talk every day most of the time he says good morning to me when it’s morning here. And around 6 pm here I’ll say good morning to him. We talk when we can but he works and I also work so the only time we can have conversations is when he gets off and it’s around 5am-7am here and when I get off which is when he usually wakes up before work. He’s sent me pictures of things he works on at his job and some pictures of family outings with his parents however our conversations never make it past friendly. So idk I think maybe he just sees me as a friend? The convo never gets into romance. We talk about hobbies and work and food and anime and movies etc… he’s the first person from Korea that actually holds a conversation with me. His English is also very good and I’m still learning Korean. So there’s not really a big language barrier
