@ashas_farm_sanctuary: Today, we hosted a plant-based (vegan) cooking class with the wonderful individuals from Community Services for Every1, and the experience was truly beautiful. Everyone stepped into the kitchen and discovered their own unique abilities and genuine chef talents. Specializing in plant-based burgers and ice cream with a variety of toppings, the focus, pride, and culinary creativity were deeply moving. Every participant poured their heart into their creations, crafting some of the most masterful and impressive burgers you could imagine. Beyond discovering a passion for the culinary arts, this class offered a wonderful look at how joyful, comforting, and delicious compassionate eating can be. We learned that we can enjoy the familiar foods we love while remaining gentle to the world around us. To finish our day, we went to say hello to our gentle animal friends. Spending time with the cows and sheep allowed everyone to share a quiet moment of connection, feed them, and truly make a new friend.
