This is a ‘grip trainer’ from Pure Golf . Getting your hands in the right position at set up is one of the most important fundamentals to any golf swing - (just ask world #1 Scottie Scheffler who warms up with one before every round) . So important that it is the first thing pretty much any golf coach will look at if you book a lesson with them . So if you feel like your grip isn’t quite right and your thinking of getting lessons, or if your starting out.. purchasing one of these for $10 can save you some money considering lessons will cost at least 5x that and that is what they’d spend the whole first lesson going over 😅 . Getting your hands into a neutral position will make life so much easier when trying to hit the golf ball straight . A grip that is over to the right hand side to much for a right handed player will make it more difficult to rotate the club face through at impact and will be easier to hit fades / slices. And the opposite of your grip is over to the left too much then it will be too easy to flip the face over and you will find it a lot easier to hit draws .
