@adaora.lumina: DAY 23/40: PERFORMANCE & CONNECTION ARE NOT THE SAME THING. yes, today we’re still talking about sex.😬 Somewhere along the way, we picked up the idea that being “good in bed” means constantly doing more. More tricks, positions, innovation. Apparently, we are all meant to be running R&D departments from the bedroom. But intimacy isn’t a talent show. Sometimes great sex is simply two people who are present, enthusiastic, comfortable with each other and genuinely enjoying themselves. Sometimes it’s adventurous. Sometimes it’s slow and simple. Sometimes it’s both. The point is: stop performing for an imaginary audience and start paying attention to the actual person you’re with. Because the best sex isn’t necessarily the most impressive. It’s the sex where nobody is wondering whether they’re doing it “right.” Anyway, do what makes you happy. Just remember that we are approaching 40, and the lower back now has opinions.
