I found the exfoliation was the game changer for me because the tretinoin left so many dead skin cells behind I was getting a lot of clogging and then I started to exfoliate every morning with a mild exfoliating wash

For people seeing don’t start an entire new routine all at once trust me i gave my self rosacea. Introduce each new product every 3 weeks at least and patch test first.

These kinds of videos really diminish the dermatology profession, in my opinion. They create the impression that dermatologists are not the true experts, and that home remedies or experimenting with random off-label uses of over-the-counter products are just as credible as medical training and evidence.
