The earthquake caused the slide. glaciers and rocks blocked the river and push tons of water down river all at once. I cant believe they didn't report this so people had a chance to get to higher ground. For most it was too late

Its approximately 600 kilometers or 375 miles from Tibet to Nepal, There should have been a warning to those down river!
