I love it when they do these explanations. What is the target audience? What is an energy level? Function, never mind wave function? And so on. For some of them, they regurgitate the stuff without having a clue what they are talking about. R Feynman said if someone can't explain something to you, they probably don't understand it. It's quite amusing though.
