@gardening_with_cicie: Asian inspired Banh mi sandwich & salad using fresh veggies from the garden! 🤤 We usually order these at our favorite sandwich shop over in Chandler, but I remembered I had some pre-seasoned meat that I had prepared a while back and some fresh veggies from the garden. We usually eat these on fresh baguettes but I had a fresh loaf of sourdough that was ready to be sliced into. 🍞 🥰Honestly, I'm really happy with the way this turned out. ✅ It wasn't exactly like our favorite sandwich shop but It was delicious! 🤤 I really wish I did have fresh cucumbers to add to this cuz that adds a fresh flavor...... 🎉All in all, as long as my husband likes it then that's what matters! ❤️ I love trying to come up with new ways to duplicate our favorite meals we like to eat out.....🐔 Next will be our dupe Chick-fil-A.
