They suck. Back in the day I got a pair of glasses from them. A week later I got tiny scratches on my lenses and I was using the cloth they gave me. They accused me of not using the cloth and refused to fix my lenses!

they've been bankrupt for over three years in reality. The location here in London had a break in and I replaced two large glass windows for them. I sent them the invoice and after two months i followed up with them and head office said they were under bankruptcy protection. I never got paid. Over two grand gone.

“Bankrupt” is what they call it when they want to bag the money and go home. Why not? All the other excuses are bullshit. The bankruptcy rules were made by the rich, and they only benefit the wealthy while ordinary people end up paying the price. Enjoy, because you’re going to see a lot more bankruptcies. That’s the game they created, and they’re the ones playing it.
