@cbsnews: A Delta flight from Los Angeles to Boston diverted to Detroit after the pilot became ill midflight. The pilot can be heard telling a controller that he needed to go to the hospital once they reached the gate. Delta says the flight landed safely, the crew member disembarked and the flight was re-crewed before continuing to Boston.
